Overview
Fully Automatic High-Speed Stainless Steel Vertical Form-Fill-Seal machine VFFS for the handling of heat sealable packaging materials and light laminates of rollstock film.
Benefits
- Horizontal jaw driven by a servo-motor, allowing the complete control of the sealing pressure, opening length distance and jaw mechanical position
- Rubber rollers make the first film pulling to beat the inertia and weight of the film roll
- Unwind bracket is independently mounted from the main frame with photo sensors for an automatic alignment of the film
- Two belt film pulling, SERVO driven

- All operational parameters such as draw-down length, sealing time and speed are programmable
